Patent and Trademark eFiling :

The Indian Patent Office (IPO) has introduced e-filing services for patents way back in 2007. The portal enabled users to file for new patents online. Stakeholders are successfully using this service.(Registeration and Protection) Act, 1999 under the CGPDTM. The site allows to obtaining Class-3 Individual or Organisation any of Certificate.

Trademark e-filing :

In India, to file for trademark online the user needs to select particular application '532' and then choose 'sign document' The user can choose the appropriate certificate and sign the document electronically. After this, the user will receive a notification that the document has been signed. After submission of the digital certificate, the user can proceed to make the payment. Once the payment is made successfully, the user will be redirected to the trademark e-filing portal.


Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India Signing - * The system maintains a data repository for information related to collateral security. The database also helps prevent fraudulent transactions carried out using the same asset for mortgaging to multiple lenders. Financial institutions can refer to this database on CERSAI registry to verify whether the asset has already been mortgaged with another lender. The portal provides real-time information to lenders and stake holders, financial institutions and the general public. CERSAI has given a deadline to all bankers for obtaining Class-3 DSC for registration.

ICEGATE Customs eFiling :

Electronic data interchange (EDI) makes transfer of customs documents faster and easier. Documents such as Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, Import General Manifest (IGM), Export General Manifest (EGM) and Consol General Manifest (CGM) can be transferred through Remote EDI System (RES) status enquiry, document tracking, query-reply etc.. With effect from 01.05.2015, all online customs documents filing must be digitally signed with class 3 digital signature certificates at ICEGATE. All Importers, exporters, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines and their authorised agents who file above documents through Remote EDI System (RES) must implement Class-3 Individual or Organisation any of Certificate.

IRCTC - eTiketing :

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is a subsidiary of the Indian Railways.The division handles catering, tourism and online ticketing operations of the Indian Railways. It is mandatory for all Rail Travel Service Agents (RTSA), authorised by IRCTC, to purchase a class 3 digital certificate. to continue booking railway tickets through the IRCTC website.

CBSC Shools :

As per the latest notification from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board, it is mandatory for the Principal/Head of School to use a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) while uploading List of Candidates (LOC) and other registration data for the session 2020-2021 on CBSE website.
